Conference fee and registration

Due to the great interest in EALPO 2022, the Organizing Committee is extending the deadline for abstract submission until 18th of July, 2022.

The conference will be carried out in hybrid mode, both for stationary participants and remotely via the Zoom or MS Teams platforms.

To participate in the conference it is necessaty to complete the application form and to send it by July 1st, 2022 to: Tomasz Ściężor or to Anna Młyńska (or, printed and signed application form, by regular mail / fax to the Organizing Committee with the inscription "EALPO 2022")

The conference fee depends on the form of participation:

  • stationary regular participants: EUR 250 (PLN 1250) (two hundred and fifty EUR/one thousand two hundred PLN).
  • remote regular participants: EUR 100 (PLN 500) (one hundred EUR/five hundred PLN)
  • remote listeners: EUR 20 (PLN 100) (twenty EUR/one hundred PLN)

The reduced fee for EU students is: EUR 100 (PLN 500) - for students as stationary regular participants and EUR 50 (PLN 250) - for students as remote regular participants. For students as remote listeners - no discount: EUR 20 (PLN 100).

Due to the unknown international or pandemic situation at the time of the conference, the conference fee is divided into the two tranches:

  • The first tranche (for all participants, after accepting the application form; by July 31st): EUR 100 (PLN 500) - stationary and remote regular participants, EUR 50 (PLN 250) - stationary and remote discounted students, EUR 20 (PLN 100) - remote listeners
  • The second tranche (only for stationary regular participants and stationary discounted students; by August 22nd): remaining amount, i.e. EUR 150 (750 PLN) or EUR 50 (PLN 250) /for discounted students/

The conference fee includes the participation in scientific sessions (stationary or remote), admission to the opening and closing ceremonies (stationary), printed and electronic version of the conference proceedings (stationary or remote), coffee/tea during coffee-breaks (stationary), 2 lunches during the conference and one official conference dinner (stationary).

Conference participants arrange their accommodation on their own.
Accommodation options at the conference venue will be announced later.
